Norwegian real estate developer Entra ASA, rated Baa1 (Stable) by Moody’s, today said it is assessing the possibility of launching a green bond placement at home.

The Oslo-based company has hired DNB, Nordea and SEB to assist it in the investigation. Its goal is to issue an offering of senior unsecured green bonds with an expected tenor of six and/or seven years.

The potential transaction will be subject to market conditions and will be conducted in line with Entra’s green bond framework, which was updated last year.

Entra has updated their Green Bond Framework to include BREEAM In-Use and maintains the highest possible shading of Dark Green from CICERO. SEB acted as sole advisor to the company in connection with the update of the Green Bond Framework.

The firm issued its first green bond in September 2016, worth NOK 1 billion, proceeds from which were earmarked for projects with high environmental standards.
