the Customer Union for Ethical Banking (CUEB) gathering in Manchester to discuss the future of the Co-operative Bank, the United Kingdom and the world’s leading ethical banking brand.
The Co-op Bank is currently the only UK high-street bank with a customer-led ethical banking policy.
The CUEB discussion highlighted ownership and ethics, trade union movements, crypto currencies, peer to peer lending, and crowdfunding.
The CUEb has 1,500 members and over 10,000 supporters, having recently raised £30,000 via crowd-funding.
