Zeta the banking technology startup said Monday that SoftBank Group Corp’s Vision Fund 2 has invested $250 million in their business, valuing it at $1.45 billion.

Zeta, a company established in 2015, is set to use the proceeds of the Series C funding round to advance their growth in Europe and the United States. This includes the scaling of its platform, team, and operations.

The company also gives help to over ten banks and twenty five fintechs in eight countries with its credit and credit-card processing technology, mobile banking, loans and personal finance management.

Sodexo, one of the company’s clients, was also part of the latest round as a minority investor, Zeta stated.

Zeta has currently over 750 employees  in the United States, the United Kingdom, Asia and the Middle East.
