Kuwait Finance House in Turkey completed a one month training course within the “Fursa” program. Fursa comprises practical training on work, activities and services provided by the bank according to Zawya/Reuters.
KFH-Turkey rotated trainees to all sectors and departments, aimed at strengthening their experience in a new work environment. Fursa trainees participated in direct interviews with KFH-Turkey officials; studying how products are created and service is structured; as well as learning about technical systems developments. Trainees also studied marketing, compliance, auditing and other departments.
Fursa trainees have a unique engagement with the modern technologies and systems, work methodology and management of KFH-Turkey. They also are able to establish direct communications with employees and officials, increasing Kuwait Finance House’s customer confidence in bank performance and quality products and services.
