The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced the completion of the issuance of domestic sukuk worth 270 million riyals.
The National Debt Management Center at the Ministry of Finance announced, in a press release today, that it has completed receiving investor requests for its local issuance for the current month of October under the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Sukuk program in Saudi riyals, where the size of the issuance was set at a total amount of 270 million riyals.
The center explained that the issuances were divided into two tranches, with the first tranche amounting to 235 million Saudi riyals, so the final size of the tranche would be 782 million and 800 thousand Saudi riyals of sukuk maturing in 2027.
He pointed out that the second tranche amounted to 35 million Saudi riyals, making the final size of the tranche 7 billion and 650 million Saudi riyals of Sukuk maturing in 2032.
